How to factory reset via the DunRock App
- Connect your DunRock earbuds to your phone and make sure they are visible/connected in the DunRock App.
- Open the DunRock App and go to Settings.
- Tap More settings.
- Select Restore factory settings.
- Confirm the reset and keep the earbuds close to your phone until the process finishes.
- After the reset, go to your phone’s Bluetooth settings and forget the old connection (if it’s still listed), then pair again like it’s the first time.
If you don’t see “Restore factory settings” in the app, update the app first. If the earbuds won’t connect to the app at all, use the manual reset method with the charging case instead.
