Reset your DunRock headphones via the DunRock App when you can still connect to the earbuds, but pairing keeps acting up, settings feel “stuck”, or you want a clean restart without using the case button.
- You can still connect in the app, but Bluetooth behaves strangely
- Settings don’t apply correctly or keep reverting
- You want to restore the earbuds to factory settings
Don't have the DunRock App yet? You can download it for Android and iPhone.
How to factory reset via the DunRock App
- Connect your DunRock earbuds to your phone and make sure they are visible/connected in the DunRock App.
- Open the DunRock App and go to Settings.
- Tap More settings.
- Select Delete pairing records. This might already solve the issue.
- After that (if available) select Restore factory default.
- Place earbuds back in the charging case > close the lid > wait 10 seconds > open lid.
- After the reset, go to your phone’s Bluetooth settings. Forget/delete the old connection (if it’s still listed). Scan for new Bluetooth devices and connect like it’s the first time.
If you don’t see "Delete pairing records" or “Restore factory settings” in the app, update the app first. If the earbuds won’t connect to the app at all, use the manual reset method with the charging case or buttons instead.
