Free Returns Within Europe
All customers within the European Union can return their product free of charge. Return shipping is always free, regardless of the country you live in.
Return Period
You may return your product within 30 days after the parcel has left our warehouse. Returns requested after this period cannot be accepted.
Conditions for Returns
- The product must be in good, undamaged condition.
- Products damaged by the customer cannot be returned.
- Damaged items will be sent back to the customer.
