Returns & Refunds

At DunRock, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return your product within 30 days after delivery.

Free Returns

Returning your product is completely free. Simply use our online return portal (coming soon) to register your return, and we will guide you through the process.

Condition of Returned Products

You may return a product even if the packaging has been opened or the item has been used. Returned items are sent to a separate facility and will never be resold as new. Instead, they are professionally cleaned in one of our partner social workshops and resold as refurbished items.

Refunds

Once we have received your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Since we offer free shipping within Europe, there are no original shipping costs to refund.

Defective Products

If your product is defective, please indicate this clearly when registering your return. Defective items are handled through our warranty process and sent to our warranty location, not the regular returns warehouse. This allows us to report issues to the manufacturer and provide you with the right solution.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your product for a different model or color, we recommend placing a new order and returning your original item for a refund. This ensures you receive your new product as quickly as possible.
