Refurbishment & Social Impact
Where many companies discard returned earbuds, we take a different approach. All returned products are sent to a social workplace, where people with a distance to the labor market professionally clean and inspect each item. Using medical-grade alcohol, the products are thoroughly sanitized and prepared for resale as refurbished items.
We guarantee that new DunRock products are always factory-fresh and never mixed with refurbished items. When you choose a refurbished product, you know it has been safely cleaned, inspected, and given a second life.
Lowering Emissions
We only work with carriers committed to reducing emissions, and we have a strict policy to avoid air freight from our manufacturing partners to our European warehouses. All shipments are sent by sea to minimize environmental impact.
Packaging & Materials
We are actively reducing plastic in both our packaging and our products. Some of our packaging is now fully plastic-free. And we are working to expand this across our entire range. For example, the DunRock Semi features an ultra-compact, minimal charging case that uses less material overall.
