Important to know
Not every DunRock model supports the DunRock App. Some models do not have app connectivity by design. If your earbuds don’t appear in the app, this usually means your model does not support app features. This is expected behavior and does not indicate a defect.
If your model supports the app, make sure Bluetooth is enabled and that the earbuds are already connected to your phone before opening the app.
Having issues connecting?
If you experience connection issues, try resetting your earbuds first. Some models can be reset via the charging case, while others can also be reset directly through the DunRock App. Always follow the reset instructions for your specific model.
