Warranty Information

All DunRock products are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery. Our warranty ensures that you receive a product that performs as expected. If a defect occurs, we will repair or replace the product free of charge.

What Is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Electronics or components failing under normal use
  • Battery capacity issues that are unreasonably low and cannot be explained by normal wear
  • Water damage if the product was used within its certified IPX rating

What Is Not Covered

  • Volume loss caused by dirt or earwax build-up in earbuds
  • Damage caused by misuse, drops, or accidents
  • Water damage when used outside the stated IPX rating
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Loss or theft

How to File a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, please register your product through our return portal (powered by Returnless). Follow the steps carefully and, if requested, provide photos or a short video to help us assess the issue.

Resolution

Our first step is to repair the product where possible. If repair is not possible, we will replace it with a new or equivalent product. Refunds are not provided under warranty claims.

Processing Time

Once we receive your warranty return, we process it within 5 business days, and at the latest within 10 business days (excluding shipping time).

Free Shipping

All shipping costs for warranty claims, including sending the product back to you, are fully covered by us.

Coverage Area

Our warranty is valid throughout Europe.
