Equalizer settings: how do they work?
-
Do EQ settings apply when I switch to Bluetooth or use a console?
No. Equalizer settings configured via the Windows software only apply while the headset is connected to the PC and the software is active. When you disconnect the headset or use it with another device (such as a console or a phone via Bluetooth), the EQ settings are not applied. -
Can I adjust the sound when using the DunRock GG with my phone via Bluetooth?
Yes. If you want to adjust the sound while using the headset with a phone via Bluetooth, you can install a third-party equalizer app on your phone to fine-tune the audio to your preference.
The DunRock GG cannot be connected to the DunRock App because it is designed as a gaming headset, not as a headset focused on mobile phone use. For DunRock products that are compatible with the app, please visit the DunRock App download page.
