Shipping Area

We ship to all countries within the European Union.

Warehouse Location

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Utrecht, the Netherlands.

Carriers

Shipments are sent via PostNL. For international deliveries, PostNL hands over the parcel to the local carrier in the destination country. Examples include:

DHL (Germany), bpost (Belgium), Correos (Spain), La Poste (France), An Post (Ireland), and other national carriers within the EU.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

Netherlands: 1 business day
Belgium: 1 business day
Most EU countries: typically 3 to 4 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free for all orders within the European Union. No additional fees apply.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 23:59 are processed the same day. Processing includes preparing and handing over the parcel to our carrier. Shipments leave our warehouse every business day.
