Reset your DunRock Halo headphones when connection or pairing problems occur.
- Headphones won’t connect to your phone or laptop
- Pairing keeps failing or drops repeatedly
- You want to reconnect the headphones from scratch
How to reset DunRock Halo
- Make sure the headphones are turned on.
- Press and hold the volume + and volume - buttons at the same time for about 10 seconds.
- The LED light will flash 3 times to confirm that the reset has been completed.
- Turn on Bluetooth on your phone or laptop and reconnect to “DunRock Halo”.
If the reset does not work right away, repeat the step and make sure you press both volume buttons at exactly the same time.
Charging DunRock Halo
- While charging, the LED light is red.
- When the headphones are fully charged, the LED light turns white.
Use a USB-C cable (5V 1A) to charge the headphones.
