Reset your DunRock Air earbuds when connection or pairing goes wrong.
- Earbuds won’t connect to your phone or laptop
- Only one earbud plays sound
- Pairing keeps failing or drops repeatedly
How to reset DunRock Air
- Charge the charging case with the earbuds inside. Make sure the case has power before continuing.
- Forget “DunRock Air” on all devices they were previously connected to (Bluetooth settings). The earbuds must not be connected to any device during the reset.
- Keep both earbuds inside the charging case and leave the lid open.
- Press and hold the button on the inside of the charging case for 15 seconds.
- The case LED will flash red and white 5 times. This confirms the reset.
- Release the button and keep the earbuds in the case.
- Close the lid and wait 10 seconds.
- Open the lid and reconnect via your device’s Bluetooth menu by selecting “DunRock Air”.
If issues persist, restart your phone and make sure Bluetooth is not enabled on another nearby device that may auto-connect.
