How to Reset Your DunRock Pop Earbuds

Reset your DunRock Pop earbuds when connection or pairing problems occur.

  • Earbuds won’t connect to your phone or laptop
  • Only one earbud plays sound
  • Pairing keeps failing or drops repeatedly

You can also reset your DunRock headphones via the DunRock App.

How to reset DunRock Pop

  1. Fully charge the case with the earbuds inside for at least 1 hour. Make sure the LED on the case is on and the earbuds briefly light up when seated.
  2. Forget “DunRock Pop” on all nearby devices where it was connected with (Bluetooth settings). So: delete them from your phone, laptop, tablet, your partners phone etc. etc.
  3. Open the case and leave the earbuds inside.
  4. Tap one earbud 5 times quickly (within 1 second, use a flat finger). The earbud will flash white 5× and stay red.
  5. Repeat the 5× tap on the other earbud.
  6. Close the case with both earbuds inside and wait 10 seconds so they re-pair with each other.
  7. Take the earbuds out. One earbud should show a breathing white light and the other a solid white light. This means that they try to connect to a new device. 
  8. Reconnect via your device’s Bluetooth menu.

If the reset doesn’t work, repeat the 5× tap more quickly and make sure the case LED confirms charging before starting again.
