How to Reset Your DunRock Pop Earbuds

Reset your DunRock Pop earbuds when connection or pairing problems occur.

  • Earbuds won’t connect to your phone or laptop
  • Only one earbud plays sound
  • Pairing keeps failing or drops repeatedly

How to reset DunRock Pop

  1. Fully charge the case with the earbuds inside for at least 1 hour. Make sure the LED on the case is on and the earbuds briefly light up when seated.
  2. Forget “DunRock Pop” on all nearby devices (Bluetooth settings).
  3. Open the case and leave the earbuds inside.
  4. Tap one earbud 5 times quickly (within 1 second, use a flat finger). The earbud will flash white 5× and stay red.
  5. Repeat the 5× tap on the other earbud.
  6. Close the case with both earbuds inside and wait 15 seconds so they re-pair with each other.
  7. Take the earbuds out. One earbud should show a breathing white light and the other a solid white light — this means pairing mode.
  8. Reconnect via your device’s Bluetooth menu.

If the reset doesn’t work, repeat the 5× tap more quickly and make sure the case LED confirms charging before starting again.
