Reset your DunRock Bubble Pro earbuds when connection or pairing goes wrong.
- Earbuds won’t connect to your phone or laptop
- Only one earbud plays sound
- Pairing keeps failing or drops repeatedly
How to reset DunRock Bubble Pro
- Charge the charging case with the earbuds inside for at least 20 minutes using a USB-C cable.
- Forget / remove “DunRock Bubble Pro” on all nearby devices they were previously connected to (Bluetooth settings). Important: the earbuds must not be connected to any device during the reset.
- Take the earbuds out of the case. You should see one solid white LED and the other blinking/pulsing white. If you see no light, they are already connected. Disconnect/turn off Bluetooth on other devices and try again.
- Quickly tap the touch control on one earbud 5× (the light blinks 5 times). Repeat 5× on the other earbud.
- Put both earbuds back in the case, close the lid, wait 10 seconds, then take the earbuds out again.
- One earbud should show a solid white LED and the other a breathing/pulsing white LED (white light fades in and out smoothly).
- Reconnect via your device’s Bluetooth menu and select “DunRock Bubble Pro”.
If issues persist, turn Bluetooth off/on and make sure the earbuds aren’t auto-connecting to another nearby device.
