Reset your DunRock Bubble earbuds when connection or pairing goes wrong.
- Earbuds won’t connect to your phone or laptop
- Only one earbud plays sound
- Pairing keeps failing or drops repeatedly
How to reset DunRock Bubble
- Fully charge the case with the earbuds inside for at least 2 hours. Make sure the LED on the case is on (charging) and the earbud LEDs blink briefly when you seat them.
- Forget “DunRock Bubble” on all nearby devices (Bluetooth settings). You should still see the case LED indicating the case has power.
- Keep the earbuds in the case (not connected to any device). The case LED confirms they’re docked/charging.
- Press and hold the case button until the second LED reaction (≈15s). You’ll see a first flash around 8s—keep holding until the second flash, then release. The case LED will blink again to confirm.
- Close the lid and wait 10 seconds so the earbuds re-pair with each other.
- Open the lid and take them out. One earbud should show a solid white LED and the other a breathing white LED—this means pairing mode.
- Reconnect via your device’s Bluetooth menu.
If issues persist, restart your phone/computer and toggle Bluetooth off/on before reconnecting.
