It’s frustrating when one earbud plays sound and the other stays silent. In most cases, you can fix it yourself in minutes. Here’s what to do:
Your earbuds act like this:
- Only one earbud plays sound
- One earbud doesn’t connect even though the other one works
1. Charge the Case and Earbuds
Place the earbuds in the charging case and connect the case to a charger for at least one hour. Make sure the indicator light on the case is on. This confirms the case is actually charging. If possible, try a different cable or charger to rule out a power issue.
2. Perform a Factory Reset
In many cases, the earbuds have simply lost their pairing with each other. A reset restores this link and clears old Bluetooth connections. After performing the reset, keep the earbuds in the closed charging case for at least 10 seconds to let them sync. See how to reset your model here.
After charging and resetting, remove the earbuds from the case and reconnect them in your Bluetooth settings. This resolves the issue in nearly every case.
