Many customers ask if we can send one single earbud to replace a lost left or right piece. Unfortunately, this is not possible.
Your situation looks like this:
- You still have the case and one earbud
- You want a single replacement earbud to pair with your remaining one
Why a single replacement won’t work
Each left and right earbud is factory-paired as a fixed set. They have a unique internal link that cannot be changed. Because of this, the left earbud from set A cannot pair with the right earbud from set B.
Even if the model is the same, the pairing data is different. A new single earbud will not sync with your existing case and earbud.
What you can do
To use stereo sound again, a complete new set is required. Your remaining earbud can still be used in mono mode if your model supports it.
