Your earbuds should automatically connect to your last paired device when you remove them from the case. If they don’t, it’s usually because the case didn’t charge or the earbuds lost sync with it.
Your earbuds act like this:
- Earbuds stay turned off when you remove them from the case
- They no longer auto-connect to your phone or laptop
1. Charge the Case
Use a good-quality cable and charger and charge for at least one hour. Watch for the charging light on the case. It confirms the case is really charging.
2. Reset the Earbuds
If the above didn't help: A reset often fixes this problem by re-pairing the earbuds with the case. After resetting, close the case for 10 seconds, reopen it, and test again. See all reset guides. The only reason we reset the earbuds, is because the earbuds might connect to another device. By resetting the earbuds, all previous connections will be deleted from the earbuds.
3. Reconnect Manually Once
If they still don’t auto-connect, pair them manually once through your Bluetooth settings. After that, auto-connect usually works again.
