If your earbuds start connecting to your phone while they’re in the case, it means the case stopped telling them to stay off. This almost always happens when the charging case runs out of power or loses contact with the earbuds.

- Earbuds connect to your phone even though they are inside the case
- Music or notifications suddenly play through the earbuds
Fully Charge the Case
Plug in the case with a reliable USB-C cable and leave it charging for at least one hour. Watch the indicator light. It should be on while charging. If it doesn’t light up, try a different charger or cable. Now try again to connect the earbuds by taking them out of the charging case.
